In light of the recent amendment of the Procurement Law. No. 89 of 1998 by adding Article 18 (bis), Alexandria University, with the technical assistance of the PPP Central Unit at the Ministry of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt has decided to re-open the invitation to Companies and consortia to submit prequalification applications to participate in a tender for the project.

The Companies and Consortia that have already been qualified in October 30, 2008 are not required to re-apply for prequalification.
